Can I edit the documents?
The packs are designed around editable Word documents. Replace example text, add your branding and expand the tables to suit your work. Use Microsoft Word or a compatible editor; formatting can vary between applications.
How do I receive my toolkit?
When online purchase is available, the linked purchase page explains the files supplied and download arrangements. If an enquiry button is shown, contact Alexo to confirm availability and delivery before paying.
Will a toolkit make my business compliant?
A template is a starting point. You need to assess your own work, put suitable controls into practice and keep your arrangements under review. A toolkit does not certify compliance or replace competent advice for specialist risks.
Which pack should I choose?
Choose Artisan Market for stall-based trading, Small Business for everyday workplace arrangements, or Event Supplier for planning and delivering services on event sites. If your activities overlap, Alexo can help you identify the most useful starting point.
Is advice or customisation included?
The price covers the toolkit. Document customisation, a Health & Safety Health Check, site or event reviews and ongoing advice are separately scoped and quoted. Tell Alexo which pack you have and what you need help with.
Are future updates included?
The purchase covers the version supplied. Future updates and ongoing support are included only where expressly agreed in the purchase terms.
Your toolkit licence
A purchase gives one organisation a non-exclusive licence to edit and use the supplied documents for its own activities. You may share completed documents with your staff, contractors, clients or event organisers where needed for that work.
You may not resell, redistribute, publish or sublicense the blank templates, or use them to create a competing template product. Consultants preparing documents for multiple client organisations should contact Alexo to agree a suitable licence.
Alexo retains copyright in its original template material. Your business information remains yours. This product licence applies to toolkit content; the WordPress theme has its own software licence.
