Led by Grant Chamberlain, a highly experienced health and safety professional, Alexo Safety brings together over two decades of military discipline and a passion for protecting others. Grant is also a fully qualified electrician with specialist expertise in BS7909 electrical safety standards, making him uniquely placed to advise on all things electrical in the events industry.
After a 25-year career in the military, finding my ikigai—my purpose—was a journey. I discovered it in protecting people. Knowing I’ve played even a small role in helping someone get home safely to their loved ones after a long day at work—that’s what drives me.

- Martyn’s Law Expertise: Became a subject matter expert on Martyn’s Law (Terrorism Protection of Premises Act). Developed and implemented a risk assessment and training framework for a luxury glamping provider, aligned with government guidance.
